About Us

BelmontRocks! was set up by a single individual, with the initial purpose to list all of the events of the the town of Belmont, North Carolina and provide a listing of locally owned establishments that make Belmont what it is. It is also the intention of the website for other local residents to post information on local happenings or views of local interest stories so that we all may benefit.

The ultimate vision for BelmontRocks! is to create a site that truly represents the soul of Belmont so that we can share what makes Belmont magical with others.

The owner of the website is a local resident of 10 years that currently lives and operates business in Belmont with kids in the local school system. This site was not create for them, it was created for the community and will not be the voice of one, but hopefully, given enough time, be the voice of all of us.
